You must raise a return request within 2 days of receiving your order to be eligible for an exchange or refund. Failure to do so within this timeframe will result in the return request not being accepted.

When raising a return request, please have the following information ready for a smooth approval process:
1.Your order ID. 2.The pin code of your delivery address. 3.Photos or videos of the items in the same condition as when you received them.Any product that has been used or tampered with will not be approved for return.
If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without requesting a return first will not be accepted.
